For those requiring transportation to and from
the local airports (Richmond and Norfolk), a
$200 per person fee for round trip will apply.

| Guests will need to bring and be responsible for their own hunting gear, personal items, weapons, and ammo. Don't forget your Virginia state hunting license and blaze orange gear. There will be a list of suggested gear in the package you receive prior to your trip. |
| All of our reservations are booked on a first come - first serve basis and because of the limited openings, early reservations are suggested. Virginia has six days of hunting per week, with no hunting on Sundays. We try to schedule most trips to arrive and depart on this day so as not to lose any time for hunting. This gives us time to welcome our new guests and thank our other guests for coming. This scheduling also works well with airline prices. |
| Booking your Hunt A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Balance is due before hunt. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Any unpaid balances that are being paid upon arrival must be paid with cash, cashiers check. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Deposits are non-refundable, unless hunter can be replaced at full price. It is not Southampton Outfitters obligation to replace hunter if cancellation takes place. Upon receipt of deposit, we will send a client confirmation packet containing written receipt of payment, confirmation letter and contract. |
| Each hunter will be required to sign a waiver before hunting, absolving Southampton Outfitters llc. of all responsibility for accidents, injuries, damage, or death. |
